Booster
A proximity credit card sized tag can be placed in the Booster unit. When the vehicle enters the dentification lobe of the reader the Booster unit is activated, when the inserted inductive credit card sized tag is pushed.
The Booster amplifies the read range of the card and transmits the card identification for 5 seconds to the TRANSIT reader. The inserted ID card is the identification source, which can be removed after use, ensuring that no valuable ID source is left in the vehicle.
Applications
The Booster is developed for applications in which drivers already have an ID card for access control to the building, time & attendance and vending machines. The Booster can be used in combination with several types of proximity cards.
