General:
Compact dimensions and secure contactless data transmission make the GP8 Reader Module ideal for numerous OEM applications. It is particularly suitable for the integration into terminals for mobile data collection, time & attendance or access control. The low operating voltage of only 5 volts allow easy integration. The GP8 reads the factory-set ID-Code from the transponder and transmits it via the chosen interface (RS232, Wiegand 26bit or ABA TrackII) to the PC.
